Minimum Qualifications:
1 - 3 years production design experience required
1 - 2 years marketing agency and/or financial institution experience preferred
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the design team by taking established creative concepts and transforming them into production-ready assets, focusing on technical execution and maintaining consistency across all platforms. A strong emphasis on accuracy, uniformity, brand adherence, and attention to detail is essential.
This position reports to the Creative Director.
Handle production of all campaign components once initial layouts and/or creative are established. This could include print ads, social media graphics, digital ads, flyers, posters, billboards, direct mail, landing page and email layouts, and more.
Coordinate vendor work.
Format, resize, and/or crop images and graphics.
Apply color corrections, filters, and effects.
Create and edit layouts, templates, and mockups.
Check for and communicate errors, typos, and inconsistencies.
Optimize and export files for different platforms and devices.
Follow brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Search, purchase, and manage images, illustrations, and stock videos as needed for specific projects as assigned.
Review final graphic design files for proper document formatting, sizing, bleed, margins, and color profiles when necessary.
Create, package, and manage final design files.
Search for and research new vendors for various resources (printers, photographers, videographers, etc.).
Support the Creative/Brand Directors and design team with other duties as assigned.
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, such as typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience with print production, photography direction, web design, and more.
Experience with digital media channels and ability to resize digital ads for ad placements, such as animated gifs.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management skills.
The aptitude to assess project specifics and help the team create a final product that adheres to client expectations.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects, Premier Pro, and XD) and HTML preferred but not required.
Work well under tight time constraints and show deadline integrity.
Capable of collaborating with and taking direction from design and account teams.
Work with careful attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Competent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.

Good sense of humor in a very fast-paced environment.
